Pantry Essentials

Here is a list of the products/ingredients that I personally use often and stock in my kitchen all the time! I also linked where I got the product for a few speciality ingredients. Feel free to ask me more about this if you have any questions!


  • Brown Rice
  • Red Rice
  • White Basmati Rice
  • Japanese White Rice
  • Rolled Oats (you can make oat flour by grinding these in a food processor/blender)
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Brown Rice Flour
  • Corn Pasta
  • Regular & Whole Wheat Pasta
  • Unbleached All Purpose Flour

  • Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • Raw Cacao Powder
  • Carob Powder
  • Cinnamon Powder

  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Pistachios (my favourite nut ever, but crazy expensive though..)
  • Hazelnuts
  • Flax Seeds (great to make flax gel for egg replacer)

  • Coconut Palm Sugar
  • Maple Syrup
  • Coconut Nectar/Syrup
  • Brown Rice Syrup
  • Soy Sauce (less sodium is nice but not necessary for me)
  • Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce/Kecap Manis

  • Coconut Milk (either blend the meat and water of a fresh coconut OR cartoned ones), great for curries/some dessert recipes
  • Coconut Water
